A fair, simple return process.

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after your order is delivered or collected. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Eligible returns

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any original tags and packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Items we cannot accept

• Personalized, custom-made, or specially ordered items
• Items marked final sale before purchase
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original condition
• Items that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once opened, where applicable

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos. If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Change-of-mind returns

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error. We recommend using a trackable service because we cannot refund a return we do not receive.

Refund timing

We will inspect the returned item and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

Exchanges and cancellations

Exchanges depend on available inventory. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We can only guarantee a cancellation before the order begins processing; if it has already shipped, the regular return policy applies.

Where your order goes next.

U.S. Ground Shipping

We ship to valid addresses throughout the United States, including outside Texas, generally within three to seven business days. The shipping charge is shown before payment. Maryam Gifts creates a tracked carrier label through Shippo, and tracking will be emailed after the order ships. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order processing and delivery

Any processing or delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. We will ship within the time stated at checkout or in your order confirmation. If no shipping time is stated, we will ship within 30 days. If we cannot meet the applicable time, we will contact you for consent to a delay or provide a refund for unshipped merchandise as required by law.

Address accuracy

Please review your name and shipping address carefully. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once an order is with the carrier, we may not be able to redirect it. Extra charges caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.

Delays, loss, and delivery problems

Weather, carrier issues, holidays, and other events outside our control may cause delays. If tracking shows a problem or your package appears lost, contact us promptly so we can help open a carrier inquiry. This does not reduce any legal rights you may have.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe; Maryam Gifts does not receive or store your complete card number. We use service providers including Supabase for customer authentication and account data, Resend for transactional or opted-in email, Shippo for shipping rates, labels, and tracking, and Vercel to host and operate the website. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Sharing and selling information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with providers that help run the store, when you direct us to, when needed to protect customers or the business, or when required by law.

Cookies, cart, and sessions

The site may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technology to keep you signed in, remember your cart, provide security, and make the store work. Blocking these technologies may prevent account or cart features from working correctly.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute requirements. We and our providers use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing through the link in a marketing email. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements. Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional privacy rights. Contact us to make a request; we will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children

This store is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We try to describe and photograph every item accurately. Screen colors, handcrafted details, fabric placement, measurements, and packaging may vary slightly. These natural variations are not necessarily defects. Contact us before ordering if a specific detail is important to you.

Prices, availability, and order acceptance

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Products and quantities are subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Payment and checkout

You agree to provide accurate billing and order information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Checkout is processed through Stripe and may be subject to Stripe's terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the customer, the store, or other users.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated tools to scrape or overload it, commit fraud, or violate applicable law or another person's rights.

Brand and content rights

The Maryam Gifts name, logo, site design, written content, and original store materials are owned by or licensed to the business. You may browse and shop for personal use, but may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit those materials without permission. Product images supplied by third parties remain subject to their respective rights.

Third-party services and links

The store uses and may link to independent services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

Disclaimers and responsibility

We provide the website on an “as available” basis and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here excludes responsibility or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
